Jeff Bezos is a highly influential and successful man who has made news more than frequently over the years. However, not much attention has been paid to his physical change from skinny online book retailer to billionaire buff tycoon – so here’s how it happened.

Jeff Bezos – somewhere 1998-99

This is the time when Jeff Bezos was driving Amazon’s bookselling thought to a majority of people. As you can undoubtedly figure out from the image given above, it appears that he even doesn’t know about gyms.

Jeff Bezos – By Mid 2000’s

Jeff Bezos is an example of someone who overcame criticism and adversity to achieve success. He ascended as one the wealthiest people in America, yet at first he apparently wasn’t aware that weight training could help him become even more successful than before – until it did.

Fast forward right around 20 years later, Jeff Bezos is no more the old one who was selling books back in the early 2000s- definitely not money wise and most certainly, not physically either.

Muscular Bezos: 2017-2018

Jeff Bezos, the man who is like a walking and talking tank. He has been committing to his new lifestyle even more than before by nearly 15 kilos heavier weight gain with almost 13% body fat percentage change too.

He now looks more youthful, as well as much progressively vivacious and obviously confident.

How Does His Eating & Training Look?

While there is not a great deal of information on his weight training and eating habits, it seems that he has been practicing this for years. He’s dedicated to working out with weights which means he must be serious about staying in shape.

The bulky muscles he’s carrying says everything. As far as his eating is concerned, it undoubtedly affords him the necessary nutrients needed to remain thin and keep himself dynamic not too little fat but also carbohydrates for energy.

What You Can Learn?

It’s true that you can gain the same amount of fitness from motivation alone, but if there’s anything Jeff Bezos knows how to do it without cardio. He didn’t start his empire as a 54-year old man either! In any case, stick with eating healthy and doing weights instead for best results.
